On the 10^th. March 2005, Wet Process Bore Pilling Works was commenced

-    Diameter 500mm of 116 Nos. Bored Pills

Average penetration depth of 19.5 Meters underground.

Super-structural Works commencing from 18^th. May 2005

The following Works were commenced in December 2005

-    Architectural: Floor Tiling, Bricks Wall Partition, Gypsum Board Ceiling, Plastering, & Painting, Aluminum Roller Shutter Doors, Glass Doors and Windows

-    Mechanical: Lifts, Escalators, Ventilation and Air-conditioning System

Electrical: Transformers, MSB, DBs, LV Switches, Wiring, Lightings, Lightning Protection, P.A. Sound System, and CCTV System.

-   Water, Plumbing, Sanitary, Fire Hose reel, Fire Alarm System

Water Ponding Test for Roof Top Leakage/Penetration Prevention, Megger Test for Electrical Installation and Lifts Loading Test for Safety Operation of all Lifts & Escalators were conducted and Passed, Inspection by Local Authorities with Approval given before opening.

The Building was completed and opening for Public on 6^th. April 2007.
